Who we are
954 Junk Car Buyers is a DBA of Broward Roads LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://954junkcarbuyers.com, call, text or email us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to price and pick up your vehicle:
- Quote requests: vehicle year, make and model, condition and city.
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address when you call, text, email or fill in a form.
- Pickup details: the address where the vehicle is located and any access notes.
- Sale documents: title, registration and photo ID shown at pickup, as required by Florida law for vehicle purchases.
- Website usage: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How the quote builder works
The quote builder on this site does not send your entries to our servers. When you tap “Text my details instead,” it opens your phone's messaging app with a pre-written text. Nothing is shared with us until you choose to send that message.
How we use your information
- To give you a cash offer and answer your questions
- To schedule and complete towing and pickup
- To complete the paperwork required for a legal vehicle sale
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not pass your number to other junk car buyers. We share information only when required by law — for example, reporting vehicle purchases to Florida authorities — or with service providers who help us run our business and are bound to protect it.
Marketing messages
We only contact you about your quote or pickup. We do not add you to marketing lists. Reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you.
Data retention and security
We keep sale records for as long as Florida law requires and delete quote inquiries that do not lead to a sale when they are no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
